22 Lessons of 2022
Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity.
Transgenerational love > transgenerational trauma.
There is profound change when shifting from knowing to implementing. The real shift occurs only in action.
If I'm not standing in 100% responsibility, I'm at 0% power.
The truth still exists, even if I choose not to speak it.

I keep what I have only by sharing it. And I empower myself when I empower others.
In order to have real connection, you must be willing to reveal yourself.
Life is made up of tiny moments.
A created life, on my own terms, and in my own way, is so much more beautiful than any other fairy tale dream stemming from everyone else's expectations of how life should look.
Breakdowns are the access to breakthroughs.
My value does not decrease because of someone else's inability to see my worth.
Motherhood is still my greatest challenge, my constant teacher, a never ending source of self doubt.
Acknowledgement is HUGE. To both give and receive.
Postpartum anxiety and depression is real and something I'm still learning to navigate.
SAFETY and EVOLUTION are essential for a thriving relationship. Safety provides the space to be free in thinking, feeling, and showing up 100% as me. Evolution both separately and together is the only way to truly grow through life together.
It takes courages to end a relationship and choose yourself.
Live life as though all the rules someone else gave you, that they were given, don't exist. In that, anything is possible.
