Meet the face behind the words. 

Hello! Let my introduce myself. My name is Amanda and I am a whole lot of things, but most of all, I am just a human that believes wholeheartedly in sharing my own humanness with the world, and appreciating that humanness within others. It's all about relatedness and the understanding that we all have a lot more in common that we may realize. 

I am a girl that was born & raised in Idaho who ran far away from home at the age of 18 to go to college and live on an island full of sunshine and self-exploration. I jumped into adulthood pretty quickly and graduated with my BSN, joined the Army as a registered nurse, got married, and had my first child all before the age of 24. It's been a whirlwind to say the least. 

Now, 10 years later, I am living my best life in sunny San Diego, California and am committed to truly stepping into being the author and creator of my own life. It's been a journey and I am learning, growing, and evolving daily. Writing has been my outlet from a young age and it is the place I have always felt the most comfortable self expressing. And now, through this outlet and others, I am sharing more of my voice with anyone that is open to hearing it.
